First, you need a successful trading method for long-term currency trading success in the market and predict the direction of these systems fall into two categories:
1st Fundamental analysis
A currency trader who makes trades based on fundamental analysis, looking at the supply and demand situation on their own currencies studied, and try to predict the impact of factors such as:
• The health of the economy
· Interest rates
· Balance of Payments
· Employment
Name · Trade Deficit
· Other factors
In today's markets with all the basic information available in seconds anywhere in the world, is of fundamental importance news quickly reflected in price.
Traders can therefore find it difficult to act quickly enough to be on the market in terms of breaking news item.
Against this background looked more traders to currency trading success are having a technical approach to the markets.
2nd Technical Analysis
Technical analysis is the investigation of a currency, only strictly with the share price of the currency.
Technical analysis does not use any information on the currencies of supply and demand – it will simply focus on price action.
The common belief is that the currency price, all known information about the currency as it is immediately reflected in action discounted price.
Technical analysis, however, does something more – an indirect studies of human psychology.
Since price patterns reflect shifts in human psychology, one can assume that certain patterns, cycles and trends will repeat themselves, as human nature has remained constant over time.
Technical analysis takes into account both the fundamentals and the market participants and psychology that gives us a simple equation:
All the known principles of human psychology + = price action
The fundamentalist studies the cause of market movement, however, the technician studies the effect.
In currency trading success, you need the longer-term trends that the big profits begin to achieve. Technical traders do not care how and why these trends develop, all they want is to make money when they occur.
Look at any currency price chart over time and you will see long-term trends, and many of them stay for years.
The secret of success is currency trading with technical analysis to spot them.
Long term trading or short-term
For the long-term success in trading currency, it is better to have a long-term traders, but regarded as a short-term traders.
While dealers can and will you make money with short-term trading methods, is the fact, currencies, and the longer term trends are the trends to achieve the greatest profits.
The reason is obvious:
Currencies reflect the underlying health of the economy.
These cycles of expansion and contraction tend, for many months or even years and a long term position traders last has great profit potential if they can lock into and hold on longer term trends.
The choice between long-and short-term trading is subjective, but usually predict the longer-term price trends tend to more easily and offer a better risk-return, so that long-term approach is the one to focus on.
